Anyone take STR Secrets Cohosting Course?

Hey all, hoping for opinions on taking Mike Sjorgren's STR Secrets cohosting course. Im just getting started in the STR market. I have one property but im looking into getting into cohosting. Im considering it as the course includes a coach for 6 months and a complete program. Anyone have any experience with it?

I am generally not a fan of courses as all the info you need is out there.  There are experienced PM's on here such as myself willing to coach and give advice.  I do not know this one specifically but most courses and coaches online are a borderline scam.

This is my 2nd year in STR secrets. We own several properties and now manage 18, with a few more coming online soon.

The program has been great for me. It is a ton of information but if you take action on all of it you will grow your business.

I would just get clear on your goals and make sure you have the time in the 6 months to put the lessons learned into action.

I know for me, it has taken time and focus. You learn what you can as quickly as possible, and start implementing. I'm not sure on an hours a week time basis. But you get out of it what you put in, in terms of effort and time.

Hey Jason. I"ve been part of the mastermind for about 2 years now much like Matt and Joseph.  The program has been great for my own STR investments and my co-hosting business. I"m not sure you could find a better group in terms of knowledge and support.  Happy to connect some time.

@Joseph Kirton How much time do you feel is needed to be successful? I'm not sure I'd want to go past 10 STRs ever and I'm trying to decide if it's worth Co-Hosting or just save up for the next one. Thank You
