STR Lake Harmony PA

Hi newbie here at 41 looking to find my first STR.

I was trying to find more Information through the forum, but couldn't really find the answers i was looking for.

So, I was searching in Lake Harmony PA. I live about 2 hours away. Hoping to find something I could mostly rent out & may be use with my family if its slow/ not rented. Unless I can rent it every day of course.

Just curious if anyone on here had experience in this area. What are your returns like, is it a strong STR market?

Was thinking of taking a Home Equity loan for the downpayment ( @ $100,000-150,000).
