referral program question
Hello! I recently started my own STR management company and I'm thinking about starting a referral partner program for real estate agents. My husband used to work for a company that partnered with real estate agents and suggested that we do the same. His previous company paid $250 for any referral that signed up for their service. Does anyone have experience with this and how much do you pay for referrals?
