Hey all

Question for people operating STR's in NJ who remit their taxes. Specifically I am operating an STR in Atlantic County. I have gotten it registered but figuring out where and how much to remit has been a nightmare. We are registered with city of Ventnor Code Enforcement but getting set up with NJ Treasury Division of Revenue and Enterprise Svcs we have hit a dead spot. We are also seeing a rule if you operate less than 3 units you do not need to remit taxes. Any help/clarification is appreciated. Thank you!
