STR Market Insights for Marfa, TX
Hello! I realize this is a small market but does anyone have experience with STRs in Marfa, TX? I'm looking for a place "close" to home (Austin) to build a couple of contemporary tiny homes to showcase my work. I love visiting Marfa but don't do it very often due to the distance. Is there potential for profitability in that market and are there any pitfalls to watch out for? Small markets like this may have a shortage of house cleaners and property managers but I hope not this one.
