Starting co-hosting and managing STR properties

Hi everyone,

I recently started a short-term rental property management company based in the Orlando area (Davenport specifically), and I'm looking to connect with experienced STR property managers or cohosts who are actively managing in this market.

I’d love the opportunity to meet for a quick coffee or Zoom chat to learn from your experience and maybe share some insights as well. If you're open to a short consultation or just a friendly conversation about how you're operating in Central Florida, please reach out.

Thanks in advance and looking forward to connecting!

Hey Mike,

I manage predominantly in Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater but have some further south in Bradenton, AMI, Sarasota, Ft Myers, and Naples.  I am also expanding into Jax/St Aug as we speak.  I used to have about 5 units in that area under management, but I pulled out last year.  IMHO it is too saturated and I am not interested in racing to the bottom.  Shoot me a DM if you want to speak further.  Best of luck!
