AirBnB Cumming GA

Hello, 

I have seen some 3500 sqft houses in Cumming GA listed on AirBnB with 30 days minimum at 10k per month... And they are booked 90% of the time!!! Cumming being 1 hour away from downtown Atlanta, my question is what's happening closer to Cumming to make this work?

Sounds like a trip to Cumming GA might be in order.
