Minoan STR Design and Setup Service Company

Has anyone here used Minoan (or any other full service interior design and set-up company) for a brand new STR? Did you like them (or whoever else you used)? I will be managing remotely and would prefer to hire a company to set up everything from furniture, to bedding, to initial supplies.

Don't want cookie cutter design and I want someone reliable who can troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.

I understand John's thoughts on this, but some people are willing to pay a little more to have someone do it and do it right.

I've never seen Minoan's work in person, but from what you see on line, it's on brand with what I see in my clients' best-performing STRs here in Colorado. 

I suspect that if you want something truly unique -- not just a West Elm catalog -- that you'll have to go elsewhere, but for plug-and-play Airbnb setup, it looks pretty good.
