Investment Property vs Mixed Use
Trying to decide if I want to purchase a property as a second home and use STRs to offset my mortgage or go all in on a STR investment property. We do want to be able to use it ourselves and offer to family and friends in the off seasons. Where do I start with figuring out the tax / cashflow implications of these scenarios? (Looking in Fairplay, Colorado)
