First time STR setup

Looking for specific examples of anyone who has set up there Wi-Fi network using Eero routers. 
Specifically using one main password and setting up an additional guest network?

ie: What specific things did you connect to main password, Thermostat, door locks etc.

What do you let guest connect to using guest password?  TVs etc.?
