New England STR Newbie

Alicia Larkin
Posted

Newbie looking to buy my first STR in New England (NH or ME) somewhat close to my home which is 20 miles West of Boston. Would love to talk to anyone here who have done this. Looking to transition from W2 to real estate in the next 5 years. Have owned multi family and condos as LTR's but never STR's and the tax loophole hase curious if I should start there.

Thank you to all who contribute content here- so very helpful!
