Rabbu Listings that are NOT STR approved

Anyone have advice on a way to find STR approved listings other than Rabbu. I'm consistently finding properties that are in STR prohibited zones. Would any advice on a better way to find STR prospects (particularly in VA).

Rabbu and AirDNA are completely unreliable for finding legal STRs for sale.

I use AirDNA every day for my STR investors in Colorado and always see the "for sale" properties listed on AirDNA in Denver ... except that Denver does not allow short term rental investment properties.

At least here in Colorado -- and I'm guessing it's true in VA -- there's no reliable database of STRs for sale. Get with an agent that specializes in vacation rentals, that's my best advice.

    Good luck!.
