I'm acquiring my first investment property, and the town requires minimum of 30 days stay, not sure if I should post this question here on in the mid-term post, since I want to know if I can still get listed in Airbnb for 30 days, even if guests will stay for a week? Or what can I do? How the STR still get rent out when policies changed to minimum 30 days of stay?

If the law there says 30 days, I'd plan on not trying to do a workaround on that.
