Hey everyone!

I'm new to the BiggerPockets community and excited to connect with other STR hosts and property managers here. I've been working in remote STR operations for a while now, helping hosts manage the day-to-day bookings, guest comms, maintenance coordination, that kind of thing.

I've learned a ton through trial and error, but I know there's always room to improve my systems. I'm especially curious about: Your best practices for staying organized across multiple properties
