Studies and Stories Concerning Pets

Hi BP!

I'm involved with a STR in North GA and am looking for advice and data related to allowing pets in the rental. My partners are very hesitant to allow pets. We've been operating for nearly a year now, and I think it's time to rethink this policy to increase visibility and revenues. Owners and managers, do you have any data or personal experiences to share that can help us make an informed decision on our pet policy as we move into 2026?

Thanks!

It's not even a differentiator anymore. It's a requirement to stand a chance, at least that's true for my STR/Airbnb clients here in Colorado.

If you really want to stand out, allow cats.
