Hey there! I've looked into St. Thomas a bit and talked with a few owners there. Demand is solid, especially in peak season, but it's definitely not as hands-off as some mainland markets. Utilities, maintenance, and finding reliable cleaners can be more expensive and take some extra effort. HOA rules and local regs really matter, so due diligence goes a long way. Awesome market if you're prepared for island logistics - not so much if you're expecting it to run on autopilot. Happy to connect!
