Pricelabs Listing Optimizer Reviews?

Question

Has anyone tried Pricelabs new listing optimizer tool? It looks like it's $13 either as a one time fee or to renew monthly. I'm thinking about giving it a try, but I can't seem to find any reviews online. Curious if anyone else has tried it and what their thoughts are.

Hi there! I’ve played around with it a bit and my take is it’s decent, but not some magic button. It’s helpful for spotting obvious gaps - titles, photos, amenities, pricing alignment - but if you already run solid listings and actively use PriceLabs + market data, the insights may feel familiar. For newer listings or hosts who don’t regularly optimize, $13 isn’t a bad low-risk test, just set expectations that it’s more of a checklist and second set of eyes than a full strategy replacement. It’s priced per property which seems a bit hefty to me. I did sign up for one of my properties to see what it did. It gives your listing a grade with recommendations on things like listing title, photos, descriptions etc. Overall, it gave me a good grade and gave me a few suggestions (eg the title should have things like a | in it). Not sure if it will make a difference in ranking. I haven’t had a chance to make any changes yet.

I posted about this in a FB group. It felt like a temu Rankbreeze. At the time, they only allowed 1 monthly re-analyze. I see they now upped that. I also was not getting any city search rankings. All in all, if i want this type of data, i will use Rankbreeze over it.

I don't use Pricelabs but is it something you can try for a month or 2 then cancel?

Worth a shot then you can be the guinea pig and report back!

Hi Michael, yes, I already use pricelabs for dynamic pricing. This listing optimizer is a new tool that pricelabs came out with in addition to their dynamic pricing.

@David Cherkowsky I tried it for 3 properties. Really didn’t get much from it. The only thing I did as a result was a very small tweak to one listing title. A friend tried it for one of his and it told him to add ‘hot tub’ to his title even tho he doesn’t have one.

I'd say $13 is a low risk options to try.  As said above its not a magic button but for $13 to have a tool to give you feedback seems worth it to me!
