VRBO vs AIRBNB Experiment

We only have one STR, all the rest of our properties are LTR's. We started the STR in June of 23 and only listed on VRBO for the first year and a half. The people in this forum convinced me we should be on more than one platform so on Jan 1 2025 I added our property to AIRBNB as well as VRBO. After one year on both platforms I'm reporting back that we got exactly 50% of our bookings from VRBO and 50% from AIRBNB. We had 38 weekends booked for the year. 19 of the booked weekends were for two nights.

I have one question for the group for 2026, we are considering changing to a 3 night minimum. What do you think? Will we be shooting ourselves in the foot?

@Mike Kirby did adding Airbnb increase your total bookings and revenue?  Or did Airbnb just replace some of the Vrbo bookings?
