Vacant shared/flex space ideas for building

Hello,

I have a multipurpose building on a main street in a small town in Wisconsin near lake superior. I currently operate 2 STR apartments on the top floor of the building and have a vacant 800 sqft commercial space on the 1st floor facing main street. I have had little to no interest renting the space to a business/artist/etc. does anyone have any ideas on how to utilize that space that would increase STR traffic/profits? I've thought of a shared game room, small market for the STR renters. Maybe someone has a great idea that would benifit my str income.
