Getting started on reno. Planned adding another full bath and wondering about actual ROI for both rental and resale. I wouldn't consider leaving it as is if only one bath but is 1.5 is sufficient? Obviously it's a plus but does that mean it is a smart spend. Solid middle of the road roomy 2bed beach townhouse. Thanks for considering.

If you have the space and the funds, I would definitely go with the full. It's so much nicer to have your own space and not have share a shower. Whether it is 2 couples or a family.
