Western NC STR

Just poking my head out at the market in the west.

Anyone have any experiences they want to mention about this market?

I noticed there have been some significant decreases in asking price up and down Western NC.  It's not at any prices that I think are worthy, but it does look like real estate is adapting to current market conditions.

Happy to hear anyone's thoughts about this.

This market is a little bit niche so you may not get a lot of feedback here, I recommend checking out local host groups on Facebook / finding a local agent with STR knowledge. Good luck - its a beautiful area!
