St Helena / Harbor Island

Curious as to whether there are any STR owner operators here that could give me any insight into Harbor Island specifically.

I have been, and like the scarcity + long term appreciation concept.

But are vendors easy enough to source, and properties easy enough to run? Any major considerations, outside of high insurance costs, which I'll bake in?

How about performance? This would be more of a deprecation (tax) + long term hold play for me, than it would be an expectation of cas flow blowing it out of the water, but is there steady enough occupancy to sort of run even?
