Info about STR in Cleveland

I have been looking at the option of doing STR in Cleveland, Ohio, downtown area. Curious if anyone has any experience in the area and would be willing to share success or horror stories. Just getting started, so any information is beneficial.

@Tom Giel, downtown Cleveland short-term rentals can make good money on busy weekends, but most problems come from building rules and city rules, so I would only buy in a building that clearly allows STRs in writing and run the numbers with lower bookings plus extra cleaning and parking costs.
