STR permitting Boulder CO

Looking for someone in Boulder County CO who has experience with the permitting process for short term rentals, specifically wanting to do a "vacation rental" as boulder county defines it. Struggling to determine readiness on a property in the area and have gone back and forth with the county multiple times but its still very unclear. I have reviewed all documentation that is provided by the county and understand the steps of the process. The main question mark is their road requirement leading to the house. Today the county said that our feeder road leading to the property is a private access road. I am trying to figure out the width requirements and any other road requirements to ensure I dont buy a property that will not be able to get licensed. Ideally, looking someone who can consult on property readiness and am willing to pay if needed! Thanks!
