Spring Break 2026 - How Is It Going?

We are about halfway through the infamous "Spring Break Rush" here in Central Florida.  How is everyone doing so far?  I spoke to my property manager yesterday and he is already feeling the effects of the endless guest demands we see every year at this time. How are you guys doing?  Are you booked solid?  Are rates up?  Our data shows an increase in rates slightly over last year, however with the higher Airbnb fees, it sort of cancels out.  Wishing all of you the best during this busy Spring Break and Easter season.  :-)
