Another Effective Communication Strategy

Why Visuals Matter in Your Airbnb

Visuals are powerful. Guests are more likely to remember what they see than what they read in a long paragraph.

That’s why I love using simple, well-designed signs in the apartment. Something like:

🔹 The AC remote is here.

🔹 The best temperature is 22–24°C.

🔹 WiFi code: StayChill123

🔹 Please leave the key here after checkout.

🔹 Parking spot: 2B, second row to the right.

Clear. Quick. No confusion.

Because when guests don’t have to ask, they feel more at home.

Designing a stay is more than just looks, it's about ease and experience.

I hope this helps from some reoccurring issues.

The graphic is a guide, you know and understand your house rules.

Good luck to you all.

Please, share your strategies with us. I'm eager to learn more.

We have a selection of signs here and there plus the book like @John Underwood.

For the most part, I never hear from guests about anything in the house itself. Most often is where can I rent a boat? You mentioned garnet hunting...where is that? Is the water cold?

Why are there turkeys all over the deck....

Did an eagle really swoop down and grab a small dog....

Yup. Twice...
