REPORT FROM THE SMOKIES: Spring bouncing back

We are seeing some positive signs in the Smokies!  Even with dramatically rising gas prices, properties are booking up for the spring.  We are seeing A LOT more "last minute" bookings - generally a week or two in advance.  The length-of-stay is also a bit shorter on average than normal.

Im am also seeing strong spring and Summer bookings. June and July have been close to 100% booked for a couple months.

March was close to fully booked.

April and May bookings are still trickling in.
