Rules shape your revenue

Regulations can change everything overnight.

A property can perform well today…

And struggle tomorrow.

Not because of demand.
But because of rules.

Permits.
Restrictions.
Local laws.

That’s why smart investors check regulations first.

Not last.

Regulations can be fine and then change essentially putting you out of business.  That is one reason I like investing in FL because the state has handcuffed local jurisdictions from changing their rules.  I think AZ also has a similar law but that is it.
