The coffee station!
Hi everyone!
I'm currently putting together our STR (beautiful 4 bedroom home in the Yosemite area). I wanted to get some advice about what you all recommend for the coffee station - particularly what you have available to make coffee! At first we were thinking of a regular drip coffee machine and a Keurig... but now I'm thinking of a drip coffee machine plus a Nespresso machine (because we like that so much more than K-cups). But then we'll have to supply some Nespresso pods for each visit. However, I think having a good coffee experience makes the stay so much better. My question is, do you find that having a better coffee station that provides more than just drip coffee is worth the investment? I would love to hear your advice and experiences. Thank you!

Here is one of our coffee bars:

We provide a Keurig Duo so it does both, pods and drip coffee. We also provide a grinder, fresh beans, a frother, a bunch of pods, a couple syrup choices and everything to go with it, stirrers, cups, lids etc so they can not just make their coffee to drink there but also they can make it to go as well.
At Christmas time, we put out the chocolate stirrer things as well as ghirardelli hot chocolate packs.
We have not put in a Nespresso really cause I don't know anything about it, and I am kind of out of room now. But even without a Nespresso, we get lots of comments on our coffee bars and our guests really love it.
From my guest's feedback what we have provided definitely elevates their experience.
I think if you do provide a Nespresso machine that takes pods, you will definitely need to provide the pods though to really complete it.
