Hostfully users — what's your experience been like?

I've been building in the guest messaging space for PMCs and working closely with Hostfully's platform lately. Curious to hear from operators actually using it day to day.

A few things I'd love to know:

1. What made you choose Hostfully over Hostaway, Guesty, Streamline, etc.?

2. What does it do really well that keeps you on it?

3. What's the one thing you wish it did better?

4. How are you handling guest messaging, through Hostfully's built-in tools, a separate platform, VAs, or just doing it yourself?

I ask because I'm noticing a lot of PMCs in the 30-100 unit range landing on Hostfully, and I'm trying to understand whether the guest communication piece is something they feel is solved or still a pain point at that scale.
