Turnkey STR Financing
Hello! Are there options available to buy a turnkey STR based on its value and potential as a business rather than going the typical route of buying the property with the 10-20% down and having to afford or use credit cards to furnish and equip the place? I'm looking at some turnkey units that include the furniture and other things ready to go but I just don't have an extra $500K cash to do the property down payment and buy the furnishings and included items separately. I really want to learn how to get into this world!
