STR in Western NC insights
Hi! Looking at potentially purchasing a STR in Western, NC. Looking at both Maggie Valley and Bryson City. Anyone currently in that market with any insights on how it is doing currently? Looks like ADR is higher in Bryson than Maggie Valley. However, prices are lower in Maggie so running the numbers with that in mind seems very similar. Just wanted to see if I could connect with anyone in that area and how they are doing. Appreciate any insight whatsoever. Thank you!
