Vacation Rental - Buy?
I would like to ask the community about their experience with buying and operating a vacation rental. I am interested to know where might be a good place to find a property turn key, that has a strong rental history. I would like to own a vacation rental that provides a good amount of passive income and that I can also enjoy using occasionally.
