Airbnb zoning issues Philadelphia suburb
I own a house that I airbnb, in Delaware County. I got a call from the code enforcer saying I am not allowed to do that, that the neighbors complained, and that I need to shut it down.
I am wondering if others got such issues with short term / vacation rentals and if they can share some wisdom with me.
