AirBnB: Sync calendars for 2 adjoining properties

We are adding a 2nd tiny house beside our first one.  I'd like guests to have the ability to book both houses as a package.  Should I make a 3rd listing for the 2 houses together?  If so, can I sync the calendars such that a reservation of an individual house blocks the calendar of the "package" and vice-versa?

@Leigh Ann Smith I think if you use Guesty as a calendar booking app they can do it. If it were me, I would make a third listing and then block/sync availability using Guesty or Hostaway to assist with auto-blocking those dates for reservation.
