Airbnb in Chesapeake and Hampton Roads
Does anybody have experience with Airbnb in the Hampton Roads area?
I am looking into the idea of purchasing a personal residence with a mother-in-law Suite to rent out through airbnb, but I am not finding much information when it comes to local laws or taxes. Also,
I'm not sure how to estimate the potential income and demand for the area. Any suggestions?
