I should preface by saying I don't drink coffee. We provide a drip maker and coffee grounds. I get a $6 canister from the kitchen aisle at Walmart and fill it with cheap McDonald's brand coffee and get rave reviews about our "fantastic" "gourmet" coffee. I'm thinking about upgrading Keurig in all of my units. Make the guests BYO K-cup. What do you think? How do you handle your vacation rentals?

@Luke Carl Same as you, drip coffee maker with the big Costco cans of coffee and creamer.  Never had any complaints with that setup so never felt the need to change it up.  I personally wouldn't ever make my guest bing their own coffee....there is a reason the hotel industry has 2 cups ready to go every morning for every guest for free in their room, and at this point, every guests pretty much expects free coffee in some fashion during a hospitality stay.   Certainly not all hosts do it though, I went to AirBNB in Hawaii and they had no coffee for the guests, and it was perfect on all other accounts...but I still remember it not having coffee for us in the morning.  :)

As for the Keurig, I wouldn't...it's not like you are going to get any extra bookings from it and/or somebody saying on a review 'it had a Keurig' (for the most part I would think).  If it ain't broke, don't fix it in this case is my opinion.

Good luck on whatever path you choose and looking forward to any updates!

Cheers!
