What are the worst things your renters have left behind?

1. Fleas.  It takes at least 2 weeks to get rid of them.  Chlordane does magic.

2. Clogged main sewer.

3. Clogged sink or toilet.

4. A sink and kitchen table full of dirty dishes.

5. An abandoned vehicle.  The city sent me a nasty letter to get rid of it or else get fined. The metal recycler picked it up and gave me $180.

6. Dead automotive batteries.

7. Used motor oil.

8. Used condoms.

9. Cheap 3.2% beer.

10. Metal objects in the grass you have to pick up before mowing.
