Any other Central Florida owners on here?

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I was wondering if there were any other Central Florida (Disney Area) owners on here? It might be worth having a discussion about what is working for us and what is not as well as what else is going on down there (Margarita Village?).
I have three properties just south of 192 off of Formosa Gardens.

@Wendy Schultz its about saving those dollars.. thats what we cater to right in the VR marketDisney officials announced Wednesday that, as of March 21, standard overnight parking will be available to guests with reservations for a small fee that will be tacked on to their bill when they check out at the end of their stay.Prices of parking will vary for guests based on the category of the resort in which they stay. Below is a list of prices Disney officials provided on their website.

• Disney Value Resorts: $13 per night
• Disney Moderate Resorts: $19 per night
• Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: $24 per night

@Sid Payne I drove to look at it 2 weeks ago its not fairly large.. My thoughts i think it will do good for us VR folks.  Driving in to work this morning and i just heard Disney will be increasing parking fees.  Sounds like more good news for us.

I own a duplex and just finished a flip winter spring. It’s hard find a deal but lucky my wife is an agent and having access to the mls is a huge plus.

Honestly, there was some novelty to it. We are Jimmy Buffet fans and love the idea of a Jimmy Buffet type island lifestyle. The cottages are very nicely done and you can't beat the location. There are a ton of amenities and I think the novelty will attract a large crowd. Parrot heads can be nutso about this kinda thing.

That seems odd for sure. Anyway, what was attracted you to the deal? I am doing some analysis to look into buying a 4th place down there.
