Hello, I am very interested in buying a condo down in rocky point, I’ve been there many times & know the area well & that the town runs off tourism, I was looking for someone who owns a condo or knows someone who has one, specifically in Las Paloma’s, I am wondering how well it does as an investment property. Thanks !
