How essential are TVs in AirBnBs?

We're getting ready to list a property on AirBnB. We haven't bought a TV yet.  Their cheap, but we're still trying to keep our costs down because of the renovations we've done. How essential are TVs in AirBnBs?

If a 300 expense breaks you you might want to reconsider.

Ask yourself if you showed up to your hotel or motel and wanted to watch some TV and go to bed...how pumped would you be to realize there was no tv.

The negative reviews from angry tv people will far outweigh the 300 expense.

Hell if you have free time you can find free or nearly free ones all day at yardsale or online.
