Replacement costs for Airbnb

Airbnb hosts - how often are you replacing linens, small furnishings, etc due to theft or damage? What percentage of your gross does that expense represent?

@Matt Clark about once every 6-12 months due to theft, damage and normal wear and tear.  Guys tend to take my artwork too. It amounts to 1-2% or less.  My biggest expense is utilities.  Electric in the summer and gas in the winter.
