Fraudulent listing on Craig list

Hi there fellow BP people! I have a current dilemma that I am hoping I can get your advise on. I just found out today that my VR listing is being advertised on Craig list without my knowledge.A lady and her kids just showed up on my VR today as I was expecting new guests to check in claiming that she booked my VR through Craig list and showed me proof of her transaction and the exchange of emails with this person who has been posing as my “manager” for my property. Apparently, I am listed under vacation rentals. She txted me her contract and told me she paid them via PayPal. I advised the poor lady to go after PayPal to get her money back. I sent my local person to help them find a cabin, which thankfully they were able to do. Now my question is, how do I go about this? Should I call Craig list to find out how to pull out my listing there? I do have evolve handling my property bookings, should I enlist their help too? Any advise would really help. Thank you!

@Julie McCoy make sure you watermark all photos that you post online. I have my company name and phone number on all posted photos. There are phone apps that can do this, it's a very easy way to help prevent fraud like this
