I see @Paul Sandhu’s posts in most of the vacation rental posts that I read, and totally appreciate all the advice that he gives!

I see your posts just as often, Lucas,  and many people say praises to you as well. I have read many times when you offer to give 1-1 advice to people about rental arbitrage in Gatlinburg and other cities, so one of these days, I’ll probably message you for advice as well. 

Did you see my post that I started today about what to tell my landlord when other landlords call him to get a reference for me?  That would be wonderful if both of you could chime in on that one!
