Looking for advice and referrals. I want to turn my lake home into a vacation rental. Looking for a good management company and also advice on the do's and don'ts of vacation rentals. Also what amenities bring the most value?

I see your posts just as often, Lucas, and many people say praises to you as well. I have read many times when you offer to give 1-1 advice to people about rental arbitrage in Gatlinburg and other cities, so one of these days, I’ll probably message you for advice as well.
Did you see my post that I started today about what to tell my landlord when other landlords call him to get a reference for me? That would be wonderful if both of you could chime in on that one!
