Windsor Westside Rental

Hello,

My husband and I recently went to Orlando.  We stayed at one of the properties on Windsor Westside and we liked it a lot.  We are interested in purchasing one of the townhomes in the area for ourselves and to Airbnb out.  I have been doing research on the short term rental in Orlando but I'm not familiar with the area at all.  I found some information that posted on this forum a couple of years ago about rental income potential but would like more information or update information.
