Short term rentals in Orlando area

I live in NJ and planning on doing some short term rental business in Orlando around Disney area in Davenport and Kissemme areas....I’m seeing mixed reviews on this...I have the following questions:

1. Is it worth it? Do you make money?

2. Being new to short term rentals and New to this area, is it better to hire an agency who will do bookings?

3. What are the popular communities?
