Short Term Rental Management contract out there?

Hey guys, I have been asked by a neighbor of mine to help them manage their 2 short term rental properties they own. I am excited at the opportunity and know how I want to structure it from a business perspective however, I was wondering if anyone has a template for a contract addressing liability issues, terms of the contract from a legal point of view etc.

Figure someone on here likely has a boilerplate contract I could take a peek at?

Sean, Before you get too far into the weeds, make sure you meet the legal requirements as per licensing where the properties are located.

Reach out to one of the property managers in your area and inquire about their services. If you take the discussion far enough, you will eventually get to the part where they share their management contract with you.

I have an attorney, that I pay to make a custom contract for our management company. It is a LOT different than a lease (I would not do what @John Underwood said). I would be surprised if anyone who has a decent one that they are willing to share for free. You should just ask an attorney to draft one for you. If you did get a RE license, you would learn what terms are required to be in a management contract to make it binding. But practice RE management with out a license, or that baseline knowledge, and you taking lots of risk by not knowing what is required or what you are agreeing to.
