Short Term Rental in Galveston

I have been looking to invest in a STR house in Galveston, maybe Pirates beach or around the area, 3 bed 2 bath house. Can anyone who owns similar properties help me estimate the expenses? I am ok if it breaks even or comes close, but am not sure if I am looking at everything. Thanks a lot!

I'd go with Corpus Christi over Galveston.  But I'm sort of biased towards refinery towns and the contractors that work at them for short term jobs with a per diem.
