Local contact person for STR

Dear community,

Just become a new host last month. As a long distance host, how do you find your local contact person? My cleaner as the dual function now is 30min away, I’m thinking to find someone closer to fix minor things quickly, like lock issues.

Please let me know how you find yours and how much you pay, each task or monthly fee.

The cleaner is in control. You just need random helpers for other tasks but they're always a case by case basis. See if your area has a Facebook group for STR owners that's pretty helpful.
