Brian Paige (BNB Formula) program questions?

Question

I am not here to debate whether this course is worth the money or not, or if I can learn it all on my own for free over time or not. I have a couple of very specific questions for anyone that has purchased the course.

1) Does the program cover how to BNB arbitrage outside of your own state of residence? How it’s possible to do so from a distance without major pitfalls?

2) Does the program cover how to BNB arbitrage outside of the USA? How it’s possible to do so from a distance without major pitfalls?

3) Does the program cover how to list on multiple sites (Airbnb, home away, VRBO, etc) concurrently without double booking?

4) Does Brian tell us which companies he uses for management and virtual front office and cleaning, etc?

Thanks in advance to those that have bought and are willing to share info! I don’t need to know what he says, just that it’s in there in case I do take the leap.

There was a previous thread about trying to Arbitrage remotely versus locally. The feeling was that trying to have someone do your Arbitrage remotely will make it impossible to make money. Arbitrage depends not adding a lot of expenses to your units.

I have not purchased this course, but I do have some food for thought:

This course has been on the market for years, and the information you are seeking through the questions you posted is changing all the time. So I would definitely not rely on a course created several years ago to get the best answers to your questions.

The laws in US cities, and outside the US have changed a lot, even in the last several months.

Questions 3 and 4, there are new products coming on the market all the time. Brian used Guesty for a long time, but now their are newer better products available.
